The fact that the sign is almost at ground level be hind a constantly moving sliding glass door might explain why people haven’t paid any notice!

The chinese and korean translations mean the same but the japanese word for fire coincidentally in chinese could mean ‘anger’ so maybe that could be the real intended meaning of the notice =P
