Inomiya Shrine (井宮神社) in Shizuoka City!

in spite of its respectable size, Inomiya Shrine in Aoi Ku, Shzuoka City, does not welcome many visitors because of the proximity of the biggest shrine in Shizuoka City, namely Sengen Shrine.

It is nonetheless well advertised although its torii tends to be overlooked along a busy thoroughfare.

it is very very old but it was rebuilt on the present location in 1776!

But quite a few predate the coming of the shrine!

The nearby mountain provides a natural background in the city!
