As you know, Sweden has strict alchol laws so even Saki used for cooking is sold in the government store. If your friends can produce an alcohol free Saki, then you would have quite a market here. The alcohol free wines sell at a reduced price here and Saki would enjoy the same privileges. I have contacts with importers in case you find interest.

Dear Paul!
Greetings!
The only non-alcohol sake (saki) is amazake, that is a drink made from sake white lees with no alcohol left. It is drunk hot so it might interest Swedes in winter as even kids drink it in Japan.
What do you think?
Best regards,
Robert-Gilles
