Naoko Hirano/平野直子さん opened her bar about 4 years ago after having learned her trade in two similar establishments in Tokyo for no less than 14 years!
This is only the third no-smoking bar I know of in Shizuoka City!
Not only it is unequivocally non smoking, but you will not be extra charged! Only prices announced will be accounted for!
Great range of spirits!
This was only my second visit but that sole sign will encourage me to come more often!
The menu in Japanese but drinkers speak a universal language, don’t they?
My first drink was a tonic made with local “ama natsu” ornages and rum!
last nigh I needed a second drink before going back into the cold!
With cinnamon stick, fresh orange slices and raisins!
I needed a spoon to finish it!
Naoko agreed to share her cocktail recipes so keep tuned!
