Bayernmeister edlweiss is now on tap in Bulldog beer bar, in the Ginza, Tokyo. It’s a good beer. If u see Stefan, the brewer, please say hi from Chris!

Right now I don’t see it. Next time it pops up, I’ll try to let you guys know. Keep checking the boozelist!
It’s occasionally ontap at places like Cheers in Yokohama or Gambrinus. I think also Bulldog in Ginza.

Dave, Stefan has had his beer on tap in a few places recently in Tokyo.
Usually his seasonal. You have to be regularly checking 75 bars to notice!

      Really!
      Now, that’s a surprise!

Yes, good little brewpub in a surprising location between the falls and the forest. Stopped in at the pub with Chuwy and Stuie for a couple of decent fresh beers last October. Haven`t seen their beers anywhere since in Tokyo but hopefully will get a chance to stop off there while cycling through next week.

      Dear Dave!
      Greetings!
I don’t think you can find their beer outside Shizuoka! PITY!
      Cheers,
      Robert-Gilles

    Glad you liked the beer.
It’s on tap now a t a few places in Tokyo and Yokohama. The brewers name is actually Stefan Lager. Fantastic name for a brewer!
Have you been to his brewery/pub/bar? I think he has the bread/pretzels specially made for him in the German style by a local baker.
Very nice beer and a very nice family in a very nice location, right next to the white waterfalls and in the forest! I’ll be cycling by there this GW.

      Cheers, mate!
      You are a lucky man!
Actually I have never visited the place as it is far from Shizuoka City, but I certainly will one day!
Looking forward from a posting form you!
      Cheers, Robert-Gilles
