Chef Touru Arima/有馬亨さん is putting no less than 3 varieties on sale at his Restaurant, Pissenlit in Shizuoka City, and also takes orders through phone calls and e-mails!

  1. I love the idea of the green St Valentine’s Day instead of the usual red! Matcha is excellent with chocolate, especially white. These delicacies remind me of an experiment with matcha truffles where I substituted white chocolate ganache for the dark one and the result was irresistible. (I don’t remember if you have seen it: I feel very proud seeing a professional did something similar 🙂
